Patients who confirm booster appointments or the 10-treatment series with Calmare Therapy NJ must cancel appointments at least 48 hours before their scheduled treatment time. Failure to do so will result in a service fee of $385 per missed session.
New patients are requested to download and complete their New Patient Forms at least one week before you treatment start date. This allows Dr. Cooney ample time to study your medical history and other critical information in order to create your personalized treatment protocol.
